Hello Family and Friends,
It is my pleasure as the Team Leader of the Wiley Group to first thank everyone for their trust in our team to participate in one of the most important decisions and processes of your life, the purchase of your family home. It is also my pleasure to introduce you all to our new endeavor! We have created a new Charity Referral program where we will donate up to $250.00 to one of 5 charities we have selected. I've tried to include what I feel are the five Charities that can cover the entire life spectrum. Here's how it works. First, refer a family, friend to the Wiley Group, either Buyer, Seller or Investor. Upon closing of the transaction, the Wiley Group will donate $125 to any of the 5 Charities of your choosing and an additional $125 will be sent to you as the referrer. If however, you wish you can request we send your portion to another Charity in our program.
First donation foundation is the Autism Society of America Baltimore Chesapeake Chapter. They are a volunteer organization founded in 1976. They were created to help serve Baltimore families of children and adults with autism spectrum disorders. The organization provides information, advocacy and support for families and individuals with autism.
Next is St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of their founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.
Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer. Their Mission is to save lives by meeting the most critical needs in our communities and investing in breakthrough research to prevent and cure breast cancer.
Chesapeake Urology Men's Prostate Cancer Research Foundation. Their mission at Chesapeake Urology Associates is to ensure that every patient has a superior experience. Incredible advancements have been made in the treatment of prostate cancer, and survivorship has climbed, but a diagnosis of cancer can still be life-changing.
Finally, the last Charity in our program is The Greater Maryland Chapter Alzheimer's Association Their mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
We hope you will find this program not only benefits your referral to us, but it also benefits some of the Five Most important charities that challenge our families in this lifetime. If you have any questions about the program please email me or call.
